A great place to find digital copies of books to read
Gauging your level and seeing your progress
This is a great way to find out how many words you approximately know in English and when you do this test regularly (I’d recommend doing it every 4 – 6 months, not more often than that!) you can see how your English level is progressing.
Listening
if you love listening to music, this website is for you! By listening to your favourite songs and typing in the missing words (I’d recommend using the beginner or intermediate option, higher than that can be quite challenging!) you get to practice your listening and also your spelling of words.
This fabulous website has a huge collection of talks on a variety of different subjects of around 20 minutes long. You can practice your English and learn something new at the same time!
Similar to the above link, this website also has really useful informational videos, but they’re usually a little shorter, between 5 – 15 minutes long and a little easier to understand.
